Writing from outside Canada?
Say so in your first message. It changes the answer. Depending on the product class, a Canadian regulatory representative or an importer of record may be required, and that arrangement is best settled before the filing rather than after. Tell us where you manufacture, what the product is, and which market you are aiming at, and we will tell you which route applies.
