RxPilot is the service station for your front shop. Hearing screening, guided dermocosmetic advice, cosmetics customer relationship management and shelf level product intelligence. One station, several services. RxPilot replaces and extends uPilot.
Why a station
The front shop of a pharmacy sells products nobody explains. The customer reads a label, hesitates, and leaves with nothing, or with the wrong item. Meanwhile the advice that would have made the difference exists, but it lives in the heads of two people who are not always there.
RxPilot puts that advice within reach of the customer and the staff member at the moment the question comes up, and keeps a record of what was said so you can pick the conversation back up.
What the station does
Hearing screening
A professional screening offered in the pharmacy, with a defined protocol and a result handed to the patient that points them to the next step when one is warranted.
Guided dermocosmetic advice
A question path leading to a coherent recommendation, the same whoever is behind the counter, and aligned with what you actually carry on the shelf.
Cosmetics customer relationship
History of advice given, routine follow-up, refill reminders. The returning customer is recognised, and the conversation does not start from zero.
Shelf level product intelligence
What sells, what sits, what is missing. Assortment decisions stop being guesswork.
Training in cosmetics and selling
Team training modules live in the same station, with progress tracking. A new hire learns where they work.
What it changes for the team
A new advisor gives the same advice as one with ten years of experience, because the path guides them. The manager knows what was recommended and what was bought. And the pharmacist keeps authority over anything within their professional scope: RxPilot equips the front shop, it does not substitute for any professional act.
A station, not another piece of software
RxPilot is designed as a physical point in the front shop, not as a tab in a browser. The customer stops there, the staff member leans on it, and the service is delivered where the product sits.
A word on the diagnostic station
Broader clinical measurement functions are under separate development. Any function that qualifies as a medical device under the Medical Devices Regulations will only be offered once the required authorizations are in hand. We apply to our own products the regulatory discipline we sell to our clients.
