Pharmaflow is a modular platform built for Canadian community pharmacies, anchored in Quebec. You start with one module, the one that hurts most today, and you add the others when you are ready. Same team, same regulatory discipline as our regulatory affairs mandates.

The principle: one module at a time

Most pharmacy software asks you to change everything at once. Pharmaflow does the opposite. Each module works on its own, installs without touching your prescription management system, and talks to the others once you activate more than one. Your data stays yours, and tenant isolation between pharmacies is strict.

The modules

Organization and Quality

Replaces the spiral notebook on the counter, the internal emails and the whiteboard. Shared communication log across shifts, collaborative tasks with owner and due date, team calendar, quality routines and equipment maintenance log, and policies and procedures available at the workstation the moment a question comes up.

Container content verification delegation

Delegation in every form it takes, with the traceability an inspection expects. Automation with the specifics of dispensing robots, workflow lines, manual verification, manual pill organizers, plus technician training and certification with the records to prove it.

Medication circuit

The full map of the path from receiving to handing the medication to the patient, with control points, responsibilities and evidence. It is the backbone the other modules rest on, and the first document an inspector asks for.

Human resources

Everything that gets lost between two shifts. Staff communication log, smart scheduling, interactive employee records, time clock with payroll export, delivery tracking, and training in cosmetics and selling with progress tracking.

PharmaConseil, formerly RxConscili

Lab accounting for pharmacy owners. The module that finds the money sitting still. Automated import of wholesaler purchase files, automatic calculation of the Quebec health insurance board 4430 report, tracking of professional allowances paid by generic manufacturers against regulatory caps, open payables with three way matching between order, invoice and receipt including back order detection, generic market share analysis, and allowance reconciliation.

Xpir

Lab and floor expiries, fridge monitoring, Health Canada recalls matched against your actual stock. Xpir has its own page, because it is the module that pays for itself.

What it changes day to day

BeforeWith Pharmaflow
The communication log is a notebook. Whatever nobody wrote down is lost at shift change. The note is timestamped, attributed, and findable six months later.
Expired stock is discovered while serving a patient. The alert comes earlier, on the lead time you set.
A Health Canada recall arrives by email and somebody has to walk the shelves. The recall is matched against your actual stock and tells you whether you are affected.
The 4430 report is prepared by hand, late at night. It generates from purchases already imported.
Procedures sit in a binder. They are at the workstation, current, and consulting them leaves a trace.

Built for inspection

Pharmaflow is built by a regulatory affairs team, not by software people who read a regulation once. Every module produces the records, traces and reports an inspector asks for, in the form they are asked for. That is the difference between a tool that saves you time and a tool that protects you.

Compliance and data

Your pharmacy’s data belongs to you and stays isolated from other sites. Nothing is physically deleted without prior archiving. Personal information handling is described in our privacy policy, updated for Quebec’s Law 25. At the end of a subscription you receive a copy of your data in a common format.
